※ Donation Certificate Application and Issuance Procedure
1. Application for Donation Certificate:
Fill out the application form with the commemorative date and the details of the certificate.
(One photo or image required)
2. Certificate Review:
The secretariat will create a draft of the donation certificate and contact you.
(Takes 2-3 days)
3. Certificate Production:
Once the draft is confirmed, the donation certificate will be produced immediately.
(Limited to three draft revisions)
4. Certificate Delivery:
The certificate will be sent via registered mail through the post office.
(Takes 1-2 days)
